The red panda triplets at 2 weeks

It's been 2 weeks and the babies are doing well. As of today, the largest is a female weighing 342 grams, the male weighs 262 grams and the smallest is another female weighing 224 grams.
Shan Tou has been doing a great job. She's very protective of the babies and stays with them most of the day.

So glad they are doing well, and happy that the mothers have you to help look after them.

They are cute!

I heard you wanted to give them Japanese names so I was thinking... maybe you could name one Hiro after the character Hiro on the NBC show Heroes. He is from Japan and a very happy character with a unique ability. He is played by the actor Masi Oka.

Hiro would be a cool name. Happy character, happy panda. Unique character, unique panda. Japanese, Japanese.

Just a suggestion :)

They are adorable. I will totally be checking back to hear about the little pandas.

These little gals (and guy) are adorable. My husband and I are planning on vacationing in Fargo from Indiana in August. I know these triplets probably won't be out for viewing, but we hope to see Shan Tou and Li Ming.

oooh so sweet you have a wonderful job!
My grandson's name is Raiden. This is a Japanese name. Meaning Thundering Gods. Good name for a Panda?
the babies are beautiful
